-Navigation

Before hiking, make sure you have a map and a GPS. This will allow you to track where you are and where you are going throughout the day. 

-Hydration and Food 

One of the most critical items you should consider when packing for your next hiking adventure is having enough water. A steady water supply can help keep your body and mind at their best. Drinking consistent amounts of water throughout the day is imperative to stay hydrated.

A good food supply is also important during your time on the trail. It can help keep everyone happy and satisfied. Extra snacks allow you and your companions to enjoy long moments at a mountain stream.

-Clothes and Rain Protection
